Early on, Maryann’s parents instilled a strong sense of community and encouraged Maryann to get involved. Upon graduating from Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School in 2000, Maryann was awarded the Northern Trust Community Service Scholarship for over 250 hours served at a local not for profit. Maryann also spent time in Builder’s Club, Key Club and Circle K Club throughout school, and subsequently joined Kiwanis after graduating. The Manatee Association of Realtors awarded Maryann the Volunteer of the Year award in 2010. Maryann has served in leadership capacity for numerous local organizations, Leadership Manatee (2004 graduate), Junior Leadership Manatee, Children’s Academy of Southwest Florida, Junior League of Manatee County, and the Manatee County Historical Commission.
Maryann is experienced in all facets of buying and selling real estate, and Wagner Realty is aligned with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, so she can place a referral to a top notch agent anywhere worldwide. She is particularly passionate about selling historic homes, and preserving community history, as well as promoting local culture and arts. Maryann prides herself on taking more of a consultative approach to real estate, tailoring her services to match each of her client’s unique needs. She enjoys supporting her clients through their moves and also sharing the best that Manatee County has to offer to our new arrivals.
When working with Maryann, you can rest assured that your best interests are at the forefront. |
